Warehouse Associate

Snow and Jones, Inc. is a premier plumbing and heating wholesale distributor. Since 1952 we have been a family owned business providing the South Shore and Cape Cod with exceptional products and customer service. We currently have an opening for a full time warehouse associate in our Norwell location. General Responsibilities:

Unloading truckload shipments and putting away product
Take direction from Warehouse Manager in achieving daily tasks/goals/projects
Pulling orders and double checking other orders
Pulling transfers and packing them to ship
Loading and checking delivery orders
Inventory cycle counts
General warehouse cleaning and maintenance

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to use 2 wheeler/pallet jack
Current valid license so able to become forklift certified
Many large products are moved in this warehouse- water heaters, boilers, shower units, bath tubs, etc. Must be comfortable moving product and working in a team

The position is Monday-Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM with a one hour lunch break. The position pays $17-$19/hr based on experience.
