Luxury Plumbing Showroom Sales Associate Snow and Jones, Inc., is a family owned wholesale plumbing supply distributor. Since 1952 we have been providing the South Shore and Cape Cod with premium customer service and quality products. We are currently hiring a full time Showroom Sales Associate in our Yarmouth Showroom. Our Norwell showroom is the South Shore's premier destination for luxury bathroom and kitchen needs. We work with discerning homeowners, builders, architects, designers, and plumbers to facilitate their bathroom and kitchen plumbing selections. This position requires both sales finesse and well as the ability to understand technical plumbing and current design trends. Job duties include:

  • Working with walk in showroom clients and appointment clients to select plumbing products. May range from replacement shower parts to full custom homes.
  • Making selection quotations, including updating and checking pricing, lead times, order policies,etc.
  • Procuring and sourcing products from our warehouses and vendor warehouses.
  • Communicating with client (homeowners/designers/architect/plumber/builder) throughout the project as needed, including updating lead time, specifications, etc.
  • Attending vendor trainings and events as scheduled (may be off hours).

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and jump from job to job
  • Ability to learn and understand the technical side of plumbing
  • Previous luxury sales experience preferred but not required
  • Positive customer service attitude- our customer service is above and beyond and is what separates us from our competition.
  • Detailed, organized, and dependable.

The position is every other Saturday 8:00AM-12:00PM (closed Saturdays during the summer), and Mondays-Fridays 8:30-5:00PM. The schedule is adjustable to 40 hours/week for the weeks worked Saturdays or those hours are available as OT. We are willing to work with the right candidate to set a schedule that is 34-40 hours/week also. The position pays hourly $19-23/hr with experience and can grow. Trained sales associates are also allowed to participate in vendor SPIFF programs that allow for additional compensation and successful candidates have earned an additional $5-15k per year.
