Accounts Receivable Specialist

Snow and Jones, Inc. is a wholesale plumbing and heating distributor. Since 1952 we have been providing the South Shore and Cape Cod with the best customer service and product knowledge in the industry. We are currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our corporate office in Norwell.

Duties include:

Invoicing all cash and credit card transactions of all 8 locations daily
Verifying all accurate information on slips
Daily reconciliation of invoicing and banking
Daily cash deposits and post office run to local bank
Creating and inputting new account applications/setup
Other duties as needed
Answering office calls and directing phone calls as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in accounting/office administration/invoicing
Detail orientates
Self-manages/able to stay on task and run day independently
High school diploma or higher
