Accounts Receivable Specialist

Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly

Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

Invoicing all cash and credit card transactions of all 8 locations daily
Verifying all accurate information on slips
Daily reconciliation of invoicing and banking
Daily cash deposits and post office run to local bank
Creating and inputting new account applications/setup
Other duties as needed
Answering office calls and directing phone calls as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in accounting/office administration/invoicing
Detail orientated
Self-managed/able to stay on task and run day independently
High school diploma or higher
